How does Agent Assist work?

Agent Assist works seamlessly with the different channels inside your Channel Automation account such as SMS, WebChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other 5 more channels. 

 Whenever a customer sends a message, Agent Assist will automatically scan the message and generate a suggested response based on the context and intent of the query.

The agent can then review the suggested response and either send it as it is or modify it according to their preference. Agents can also access additional information from Agent Assist by clicking on the icons next to the suggested response.

For example, if a customer asks about the details of their home renovation project, Agent Assist will suggest a response like “Hi [customer name], thank you for choosing us for your home improvement needs. The installer that will be coming to your home is John Smith for your Roofing and Windows installs. You can view the latest updates and photos here: [link].” The agent can then click on the icons next to the response to see more details about the customer’s profile, project history, product details, etc.

Alternatively, if a customer asks about available financing options for their home improvement project, Agent Assist will suggest a response like “Hi [customer name], we are happy to help you finance your dream home. We offer various financing options with competitive rates and flexible terms. You can check your eligibility and apply online here: [link].” The agent can then
